The famous historical symbol of Manerba: its Rocca, a national park covering a vast area of nature, the peak of which is dominated by the archaeological area from the Etruscan, Gallic and Roman periods, falling vertically into the lake, can easily be reached from Hotel Zodiaco. Numerous peoples who, in turn, possessed this place, have walked over the rocks used to construct the buildings. The park is also home to the Civic Valtenesi Archaeological Museum.
The whole park can be explored along a breath-taking panoramic path which reaches Punta Sasso, a lower promontory literally cantilevered out over the lake, a circular path offering history, nature, adventure and fun.
