Rates

INFORMATION AND GENERAL CONDITIONS: Rates in spring, summer, autumn 2022:
The rates include buffet breakfast, buffet lunch and restaurant service with vegetable buffet at dinner.
There may be a difference in the position, volume, layout and furniture of the rooms compared to the photos shown.
No charge for children aged 0-2 years in a cot in the parents’ room.
Discounted rates for children up to 12 years.

Check-In: After 11 am. 

Check-Out: By 10am.

Pets: Cats and small dogs are welcome. We ask you to pay 5.-€ a day.

RESERVATION: Reservations are only binding when the amount corresponding to 30% of the total of the minimum 3-day stay, with a minimum €200, has been paid in. 

CANCELLATION: Cancellation of reservations, postponed arrivals and early departures are unwelcome for both parties. In these circumstances we will retain the deposit paid when the cancellation/change is made 14 days before the date of arrival. Cancellations made with a shorter notice (i.e. less than 14 days) and the event of postponed arrival or early departure, all the days booked will be charged. Any services not used, especially meals, are not refundable. By paying the deposit, the general booking conditions and the cancellation policy are considered as understood and legally accepted.

INSURANCE: To avoid losing the deposit in the event of cancellation well in advance (i.e. more than 14 days prior to date of arrival) or being charged the entire stay in case of cancellation with a shorter notice (i.e. less than 14 days) and the postponed arrival and/or early departure, we offer the possibility of taking out a specific insurance policy. TOURIST TAX: Starting from 2012, the tourist tax was introduced in the municipality of Manerba del Garda. The revenue generated by the tourist tax will be used both for the construction and maintenance of infrastructures and services, and for the organization of sporting and cultural events. It has been established that this tax, determined per person and per night, must be collected by the accommodation facilities, for an amount equal to Euro 1.00 / 1.20 in high season. Children and adolescents under 14 are exempt. The tourist tax must be paid upon departure and will be shown on the invoice for the stay in the facility, with a separate item.
